…
You wouldn’t believe it.
I had a little…. hum. Talk… with my mother after things that happened. (If you recall…) I admit, I shouldn’t have reacted that …. harshly…maybe. Maybe I shouldn’t have locked myself in.
And maybe I shouldn’t have acted like a child, trying to ignore the thing that was obviously stressing me out. Maybe I should have come out once in what….? Three, four months?
… the point is…. see… I did come back to quite the …. hm.

These. There’s quite…a lot of these in my inbox, currently. I assume some of them did get lost, but it’s….
Enough.
Maybe I should…. most definitively…
Come back and …
Explain myself.
Which I did.
“No, no, honey. You had to do what you had to do. Mama was happy to help. So don’t worry about it.” Mama smiled.
“I..” He flicked a hand. “Try to move it. I want to see if it worked…” His eyes widened a little, shoulders tensing. “Go on.”
Mama looked to her hand and tried to move it. Her fingers started to move and she smiled. “It works.”
“Oh. Good, very good. I’d hoped it… would.” He smiled, weakly however. “I mean… I …”

“You’re not alright?” Mama asked, raising an eyebrow. “Or are you?”
“Oh no, I’m fine. The magic wore off, I’ll be fine.” He got up, slowly. “I want to know if you are fine, Ma.”
“I’m fine, honey. Just a little weak feelin’, but I’m fine.” Mama smiled.
“I…” He sighed. ” … that was …. I shouldn’t have done that.” Grey crossed his arms over his chest. “It was …. stupid.”
My entire inbox is filled with gay…
This is exactly why I do not understand anything.
“You’re not alright?” Mama asked, raising an eyebrow. “Or are you?”
“Oh no, I’m fine. The magic wore off, I’ll be fine.” He got up, slowly. “I want to know if you are fine, Ma.”
“Well.” Mama said as she looked down to her hand and lifted it up, examining the glove. “It looks alright to me. Did you make this?”
He nodded. “Yes… I’m kind of a.” He coughed. “Tinkerer. I made my goggles, too, and some…. things here in this factory. It’s a hobby.”
“It’s very nice. Thank you.” Mama smiled. “And you’re alright, now? Full?”
“Oh…the.” He waved his hand. “The magic wore off. I wouldn’t even have to do-“
He cut himself off, coughing.
“…no.”
